All property owners and business owners are automatic members of the Carp Road Corridor business association.

The AGM will take place February 1, 2024 at Irish Hills. Meet and greet starting at 7:00am followed by breakfast at 7:30 and meeting start at 8:00. The AGM presentation this year will focus on the City’s new Official Plan and what it means for businesses and owners in the Corridor. The new OP is a 20 year plan so now is a good time for members to provide input on their “vision” for the Corridor.

The AGM is an opportunity for members to provide input. Priority tasks planned for this year are member advocacy related to the design of 4 lanes Carp Road south of 417, opportunity for water service, opportunity for change in Reed Park now that it is designated urban and City update of the stormwater management tax.

A detailed agenda will be posted here at least one week in advance. No need to RSVP but if you do plan to attend you can let us know to help with breakfast numbers.
