Welcome to the Carp Road Corridor
The Carp Road Corridor is Ottawa’s largest light industry business park. The area includes over 700 acres of zoned light industry and highway commercial land and employs more than 3,000 people.
The Business Association (CRCBIA) works with over 300 business and property owner members to improve business opportunities in the area and attract new business members to the area.

A Great Place to do Business
The City of Ottawa has a growing population of 1,000,000, is home to Canada’s federal government, and houses “Silicon Valley North”, the Kanata High Tech business centre.
Within this larger context, CRCBIA offers business to business opportunities with more than 300 businesses and the people who make them happen every day here in the nation’s capital.
